Shipment
Our order shipping schedule Delivery within Pakistan is expected within two weeks, or it will be communicated upon order confirmation; any delays will be reported correctly; if not, it could be due to a faulty or a different communication system (phone or email). After the payment confirmation (bank transfer), customers will receive their orders within 5-10 working days. Unexpected delivery delays can happen for any number of reasons, including customs clearance. The delay may extend for an additional five to six business days. For domestic or foreign clients who placed an order using any sort of payment method, we are not liable for any delays or if the customer is not informed of the delay.
Important Update on U.S. Import Duties
Regardless of the claimed price or value of the products, all import shipments to the United States will be subject to duty charges as of August 29 due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations.
Please be aware that upon arrival in the United States, customers and consignees are in charge of paying all relevant tariffs on their shipments. Before placing your order, we advise you to be ready for this adjustment.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery fees are not refundable and may differ based on the products you order and the region you choose. If local authorities or governments (outside of Pakistan) impose additional customs or duties, we disclaim any liability. The consumer is responsible for paying the customs fees. The package will be thrown away and the order amount will not be reimbursed if the customs duty charges are rejected.
