Exchange Policy:

There is no exchange policy based on the customer’s preferences. Because this business is based online we try to show the products that we will deliver.
But..
Only in the odd event that a customer receives an inaccurate or faulty garment will there be an exchange. The issue will be settled as quickly as feasible, depending on the situation.
We will let you know ahead of time if an item is delayed or unavailable and help you find a substitute, exchange, or refund.

If an exchange is requested, the customer must return the item to Mushq within 7 days of receiving it; otherwise, the request will not be fulfilled.

The buyer is entirely liable for any mailing or shipping costs related to exchanging a damaged item.

Return Policy:

Sadia Seema allows returns of defective items bought online provided the items are in their original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and unstitched with original tags and packaging.

For eligible returns, customers should contact our customer service center. To be eligible for a return, customers must provide their online order ID along with a valid reason for the return and share clear pictures of the items received within seven (7) days of receiving their order. Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Please be aware that our online platform is the sole way to handle exchanges for products bought through our website.

The customer must choose a replacement outfit from Sadia Seema E-Store. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.

Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

A customer may cancel their order by contacting Sadia Seema on the available customer service lines within 24 hours of order placement.

Refund Policy

Every sale is regarded as final. Although they are no financial benefits, they can be exchanged for goods of similar or higher worth.

All claims will be addressed within 7 working days of order delivery. Following approval, refunds are issued within a period of 12–14 business days.
